Wax & Wacky home fragrances are thoughtfully created in small batches with attention to quality, fragrance, and presentation. Our candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut-apricot wax blend and carefully selected cotton wicks.
Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance may occur from one batch to another. These natural variations do not effect the quality or performance of the product.
Fragrance strength and perception can vary depending on room size, airflow, temperature, and individual scent sensitivity.
For candles, always follow the care and safety instructions provided with your product. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials, and discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains in the vessel.

Because our home fragrance products are handcrafted and fragrance is personal, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Wax & Wacky within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging, We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Items that have been burned, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Custom, personalized, wholesale, bulk, and special-order purchases are final sale unless the products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Wax & Wacky.

Orders are carefully packed to help protect your Wax & Wacky products during their journey to you. Most orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3 - 5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated according to the items in your order. Retail orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Wholesale, custom, bulk, and special orders are excluded from free-shipping promotions and may be subject to separate shipping or freight charges.
Once your order ships, tracking will be provided when available.
