All sales are final. Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, Wax & Wacky does not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fragrance preferences, or products that have been used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Wax & Wacky.
